OK and I never have anything ever hang up in my hose.
I use the 5" pvc fence post solution to store the hose and fittings.
No idea where I would put a macerator & hose as my other storage is very limited or taken with stuff I don't want near sewer equipment.
Anyway that is my perspective. And you are right I have not tried these other gizmos.
