H'mm, have not seen them for smaller trailers but they list out a 6 lug, 5.5" BC for 15-16" tires (Air stream).

Do you have any pic's of the ring that goes on the wheel studs? I cannot find any on line dimensions to know if the shifts the wheel location. I am using Dyna Beads, works on the same principle, just inside the tire.
And I do agree, trailer wheel drums while they can be machined to run true, most are not.
