That unit has been around forever, even before Xantrex bought out the three major inverter manufacturers in the PNW, which were Statpower (who sold the PS 2.0), Heart Interface and Trace Engineering.
I should have kept the PS2.0 when I sold my 811 last month but the buyer offered such a killer price on my 811, I figured I'd leave it for him.
Early on I had a failure of the PS2.0 - I got stuck in "low battery shutdown" and REFUSED to come back to life. After that, it has operated flawless since late 2010.
It's the best inverter remote I've ever seen.
