Battery Shut off and Storage Question.

Show of hands, please----How many of you "battery luggers" own and use a hydrometer when maintaining your batteries? A further question would be--What is the difference in specific gravity at season's end when a battery is intermittently charged indoors vs. stored outside with a trickle charger (disconnected from loads)?

BTW, this topic -- indoor storage w/intermittent charge vs float charging (either indoors or out) vs storage with no charging (indoors or out) is NOT applicable to the OP's original questions and this thread since he lives and stores his RV in So. California.
