My power center / charger is a WFCO WF-8955-PEC.I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Forum "Tech Issues" section is the recipient of frequent complaints and questions about WFCO converters and battery problems. You can do a search to find them.
You can monitor converter--battery voltage and see if yours is working adequately but I'd suggest to replace it if you don't want to be buying batteries every three years.
12.2V is not a charging voltage. The converter should be multistage--14.5 V or so for bulk and absorb, 13.5 V or so for float.
