- jalichtyExplorerWe put a spray-in liner in our GMC in 2012 named Full Metal Jacket and it has performed quite well for us. No deterioration in the color and no tears either. Had a Rhino Liner in our last GMC and was very satisfied with it as well. Besides, it's a pickup, things will happen to mess the liner up, no liner is bulletproof.

LineX has a nation wide warranty. We had in our 2001 for 14 years. Was good! Our 2015 has the factory RAM stray in, which is OK for the cost. If you have Pucks have the complete dummy plug and ring removed and taped off, then spray in the liner before reinstalling.
Sorry, wasn't clear, I was asking if one could cut the BedRug around the pucks. I also shot the company an email and asked them. - Me_AgainExplorer IIILineX has a nation wide warranty. Spray in is a great option. My only concerns might be the warranty on the liner. If you buy it yourself (at an elevated cost, I'm sure), you usually get a lifetime warranty from Line-X or Rhino Liner. If you buy it from the dealer, you will likely only get the 3 year standard warranty.
I have Line-X in my Tundra and had problems with it gouging and chipping off. I used it as a truck, so I threw gravel in there, firewood, logs, stone, etc. I had gouges and chunks missing from my liner. I would have gotten it fixed eventually, but ended up selling the truck.
For my Ram I bought the BedRug BedTred series. Looks like a spray in liner, but it is removeable, it is softer to protect cargo, still nice and durable and has a lifetime warranty.
For $375, you are getting a good deal. That is roughly what my BedTred cost me.
I have the fifth wheel pucks in my Ram. Wonder if one could cut the liner around where those pucks are ? - spoon059Explorer IISpray in is a great option. Although I consider my truck as a pretty truck and want to keep it nice, my wife has projects. I have hauled lumber, plants, camping/trailer stuff, concrete blocks, and my last two loads were rocks. I swept it out and hosed it off and it still looks great. If you can get a Line-X or Rhino liner for that price, go for it.
- hbillsmithExplorerI just bought the OEM rubber mat. Its thick and heavy and cushions the bed beneath my 5er hitch. Easy to pull out and wash. Plus got it online for $75 no tax, free ship.
- I've yet to see a spray in bed liner that looks good after a few years exposed to heat, UV/Sun.
For years I use a simple rubber bed mat that I purchase from a dealer. When it start to look tired I roll it up pitch and buy a new one. - Need-A-VacationExplorerLine X owner here. Have had it for almost 3yrs on our '13 Chevy and still looks great. Though the truck does have a topper, and is garage kept when at home. Nationwide warranty also.
The dealer price is pretty good, but check to see if they are doing it or taking it somewhere.... Our '10 Chevy we were told it was a Line X, but on the invoice it just stated "spray in liner". Turns out the dealer took it to a "place" that was doing liners. Still had a "lifetime warranty", though that only lasted for a couple years as the place went out of business!!! So do your homework on the dealer liner!!!
Good luck! - SlownsyExplorerHave a look at the Bead Rug I am not impressed with the spray in liners I have sean.
Frank.
