I have had a bedrug in my last two trucks . I bought my truck in December of 2003 .I purchased bedrug January of 2004 . Never had it out of truck until fall of 2013 . When I tried to reinstall the zipper would not work . I called company explained what was going on .They said take it back where I bought it . Short version they sent me a new bedrug . Talk about company service . Have nothing but good things to say about this company .
