Ben's Rv York, PA Great / Camping World Hanover, PA Not

In the Hanover, PA area and a hail storm destroyed the plastic ceiling vent caps on two of my vents. They were originals and brittle. I like to be prepared when I call for parts so I got on the web and looked up the exact replacement part# I needed.
Looked up local RV places. Called Camping World in Hanover which was a complete waste of time. I asked for the parts dept and was transferred. My call went into an individual's voicemail account. Hung up called back was told there is only one person there to deal with parts and I could leave a voicemail and they "usually" call back before the end of the day. Good lord.
I called Ben's Rv Center in York, PA and was immediately helped. Gave the guy my part #. He was able to tell me in seconds that he had several in stock. I went there and bought the two caps I needed and some baggage door clips. The service was courteous friendly and fast. From the time I called to the time I had the new caps installed was just over two hours.
If a business treats me right I am happy to spread the word.

We like Bens too. Had a flat and he helped me on a Sunday night.
