We haven't had the F-350 long enough to find anything to dislike. The PowerStroke seems a bit weaker than my previous Duramax, but it gets the job done just fine. The truck is comfortable, nicely appointed, and the dual rear wheels really make a difference with our 3,000 lb. pin weight. I may put Bilstien 4600s on it like I had on the Sierra, but it's not urgent. I like the fact that the truck bed is low enough that we can get adequate clearance between the bed rails and the fiver.
The Sierra 2500HD was a dream truck... except for two things: the limitations that come with a SRW 3/4 ton and the 20" wheels that came on it. The wheels severely limited the choice of tires at higher load ratings. Oh - and the truck (stock) was a bit too high for comfortable clearance between the bed rails and trailer.
