You can turn the chime off in a lot of the new trucks. First thing I did in my 13 and 16 Rams.
Can you help me out there?? My method of turning it off is buckling it behind me and sitting on top.
Why don't you just wear it? I don't get this mindset. I even used the seat belts in my '63 Chevy, and every vehicle since. I don't even back out of the garage without buckling up.
I'm never on any road when I'm not wearing it. I just don't want the **** seat belt on if I'm driving slowly down a forest service road while camping or hunting or driving around on my dad's place (farm) helping him irrigate or whatever. Outside of those scenarios I never fail to wear it.
Gotcha!
