I am right at 7500 lbs. No complaints. It does sing a bit on the hills. I have the 34 gallon tank and wish it were bigger.
But it is an 02, paid for with right at 41,000 miles on it so I won't he getting anything new for sometime! I paid right at 12,500 for it with 23,000 miles on it. No options, rubber floors and vinyl seats. It does have A/C.
I think my next truck will just be an updated 6 speed version.
I have been really happy with the 02. Has been pretty much flawless. I did have to do the knock sensors becuase it sits so long it got moisture under the intake and they failed.
