Best half ton truck to own out of warranty
Just wondering, which would you choose? I've had 5.4's and a 6.8. Both were great reliable motors. Here are my basic requirements... Basic towing up to around 6000 lbs. Mostly just a dail...

Well, if you're looking for a half ton, the 6.8L is out as that was 3/4 ton and up only. I don't think there is a stinker in the bunch. Pick the brand you like and the features you want in a truck you can afford and go for it.
