Yes cam phaser/timing chain issues. And of course don't forget about the spark plug issues. They tend to break off in the cylinder head even if you follow fords recommendation for removing them! Lots of company's sell an extractor kit to remove the broken plug. Plugs on the 3 valves are a PITA!
