Best manufacture response

All the brochures I saw for my trailer showed a woodblock cutting board that covers the stove. Mine did not have one. When I questioned my dealer, he researched and learned that it had been discontinued starting with my model. I contacted Coachmen and explained how disappointed I was and asked how to buy one. They immediately sent me one through the mail at no charge.
