Kinda minor but When I bought the Barker electric tongue jack 12 years prior, I ordered a vinyl cover for it (a bag really). Twelve years later it was looking pretty ratty so I called to order another one. The nice lady on the phone asked me my name, looked it up and saw that I had already bought one. Then she told me they would ship another out no-charge.
Fantastic Fan used to be great for this sort of thing. They sent me a no-charge, larger trim ring back in the day.
Since Dometic bought them they don't even want to sell you parts anymore let alone give them away. Last time I needed a part they gave me the P/N and told me to just look it up on Fleabay.
