Actually have 4. Our first "new" popup had a ripped seam. Viking replaced it, no question s ask.
We then got a new 2004 Pioneer. It had a recall. Tom Johnson called us, we dropped it off, and they redid all the seals, called us to come get it. No problems.
When we got our current Coachmen Apex. We of course found some minor flaws during the first season. I made a list, Dropped off the Tt after the season was over, and Bob Ledford Adventures not only fixed every thing listed, but also replaced the slide out seal that we didn't know about.
Finally Hopkins. I got a backup camera, installed it, and few weeks later. the picture went crazy. Called Hopkins. They sent me a new one, No question.
So you see. Not all dealers, and manufacturers are out to take you for a ride.
