@ 2011 Dutchmen Mfg aka Aerolite were outstanding. When you called you got someone who knew something and could make decisions, when you emailed you were answered. They would sell you parts direct and most of the time send you parts gratis. Forward to 2012/13 and Thor rolled Dutchmens customer service under the Keystone umbrella. So much for that as everything stopped in short order.
