Outside speakers at a reasonable level shouldn't be an issue or louder than any other source of noise at a campground which includes loud adults or kids, vehicles, generators, pets, etc.
On the other hand, if you want to listen to urban hip hop or gangster rap or whatever, why do it in a campground? Sit at home and crank it up.
This would not be a problem if 'common sense' were more common than it appears to be.
But I have the same complaint about loud kids or generators, so call me a curmudgeon.
