The
315RKS TT is listed at 7620 pounds dry with 1040 pounds of dry tongue weight. I bet that is over 8500 pounds and 1200 pounds loaded TW. That will put all but about 1% of 2011+ half tons over at least one of its ratings. While there are people that do it, you will need to invest some time fine tuning the WDH.

here. Learn what the WDH does and how to adjust it. It may take a few trips to a scale and $50, but that is far less then a replacement truck.
If the solution is a heavier truck, does that eliminate the WD hitch?
I think you would want a dually to tow a TT with 1200+ pounds of TW without WD and sway control. Around town and under 50mph, sure no problem for a 3/4 or SRW 1-ton. But interstates at 65mph with cross winds, wind off other vehicles? Dually has enough suspension and tire grip for stability. So - just learn about WDH and how to effectively use them.
