I'd not touch that with a 7,xxx GVWR truck...heck probably not with
my 8,600 GVWR truck...
Again, the ability to manhandle the setup during Mr Murphy's
moment is where all things should be sized for. The bigger the
better...but...most only care about the good days when just about
**ANYTHING CAN** do it...from a riding lawn mower to pulling the
Space Shuttle...
Then the sail area and this thread should help understand that
push/pull on the sides of all vehicles out there. The flatter and
larger (longer and taller) it is, the more force imparted...

The amount of force is the pressure and/or vacuum per square inch
times the number of square inches on the affected area
The faster the closing speed between the vehicles and/or the
actual speed of the vehicles/etc determine the PSI of both the
bow wave and vacuum trailing edge (negative PSI)
