BINOCULARS

Off topic ... but ... how crowded are the parks and boondocking spots currently this winter in FL? We’re considering heading down south in January 2021 as my elderly parents are snowbirds in Volusia County and recently retired but concerned about safety of traveling and lack of social distancing and masking up of general population and overly open economy, including bars and restaurants and then increased hospitalizations overrunning hospitals, especially after the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Yesterday we were exploring in the Withlacoochee State Forest here in central FL. Brenda spotted some large birds up the creek. Well the binoculars that I had with me were not very good. They were given to me. We finally decided that they were Sandhill cranes all puffed up because of the cold breeze.
So we thought we needed to get a better par.
We do not know anything about binoculars
Was wondering what all you folks are using?
