OK I guess I have left you hanging long enough. I have an in tank washer put I found out that it really does not work well, it pumps water in but not strong. I could not snake it from top or bottom. So here it comes I used a Draino that does not harm pipes. I went to camping world and got a power wand that you drop in the toilet, I will us that instead of just my in tank washer. Camping world has a sink attachment for the power wand so you will not have to bring a big hose in your trailer. I think using the cg's toilet is not a bad idea! I hope this is a de- stresser for you, thank you for all your help and comments.
Well, I'm certainly glad you cleared ALL this up. ;) - Komfort_23TSExplorerOK I guess I have left you hanging long enough. - nomad297ExplorerI suppose, maybe, he came up with a solution that he intends to patent and can't take the risk of one of us here stealing his idea and beating him to the patent office.

Not all users of the forum are the gregarious sort. Some people are hesitant to give advice as they would feel terrible if something that worked for them caused more difficulty for another. Other just do not feel qualified enough to advise others.
There are also those of course who will advise anyone on anything. :W
It is really up to the reader to know their limits and apply commonsense to the suggestions.
I'm not looking for advice here. He had a problem and said he got it fixed with the help of members here. I just want to know what he did to fix the problem HE had. I'm not asking him for advice on a problem I have.

It really sucks that Komfort 23TS comes on here, asks for help, gets it and then refuses to help us all out with what worked for him. It's pretty selfish, if you ask me.
I took a look at a bunch of Komfort 23TS's posts on these forums, and most of them are him asking for help from people here. He seems to ask for help a lot, but is unwilling to help others. Pretty one-way.
Of course, I could be wrong and he may just not have noticed these posts on his thread.

I have to agree, it's always nice to hear what people did to resolve an issue, but I guess in this "ME" generation what is one to expect. I just hope other reading this thread will learn to report back when an issue is resolved. - wmosesExplorer

Agreed that it is selfish, but he would not be the first. I certainly hope he proves our suspicions to be wrong, but my gut feeling is what you see is what you get. l will continue to watch this thread just to see if he comes back and explains. - jffkrnExplorerWeird, I guess I don't understand the other comment about using the campground toilet. We use them as well to save some capacity in our tanks, but use our tanks all the time. Clean up is fairly easy as most are if your doing it on a regular basis and don't use it like your home toilet. That's us. Like I said, we use our trailer all the time and love the comforts of home while away form our brick and mortar place. Anyhow, curious as to why you wouldn't use the campground toilet. Also to the other, please give us the resolution to your backed up toilet. I am a member of Good Sam Club and they have a little section "Member Tech" tips in which we all share information. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I would like to know so I could share with others in the future when that situation arises. Thanks for the feedback, Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
