Anyway, your question is not clear. If you mean winterized diesel, the whole country has it. Consider the range of some diesel powered vehicles on OEM tanks (my diesel car can go 800+ miles per tank, and some people have set world records over 1600 miles per tank) and the use of additional truck bed fuel tanks can take you from the farthest north to farthest south in the continental US. - 2012ColemanExplorer II
