Blended Fuel How far South?

Coolbreeze, treat as in add something like Power Service or Howes antigel or a similar product. I always use Howes when the temps will get below 0. I have been driving dsl pickups since 1985 and have yet to this day have a problem with fuel in the winter in a pickup. I have had problems in equipment.
