Boliy generator
anyone using a boliy 3000 watt generator. power to weight is amazing.

My Boliy died after 7 years of use. Over the past year or so it became more difficult to put a heavy load on it. Recently it wouldn't even power my camper's converter with discharged batteries. Engine ran fine and engine compression was like new but everytime I put a load greater than 400 watts on the engine, it died. A new carburetor and engine speed control did not fix the problem.
I got little support from bottomlinetrading.com and was disappointed that BLT stopped responding to my emails for support. Based on this, I can no longer recommend Boliy or bottomlinetrading.com I bought a new 3400 Champion inverter generator from another vendor and am amazed by how much better it is than my Boliy when new. It NEVER hiccups or stumbles even when I put a max load on it while in eco-mode.
