Boondocking in Phoenix ( Winter)?
Is there such a thing? Yes, I have heard of Quartzite and Wal-Mart but I am looking for other spots. What about casinos? I could expand that to include Tucson. Any suggestions?

At some point a paid spot with electric behind a motel or gas station might look good. (If fuel is costing you 40 cents a mile and you have to drive 20 miles out and 20 back for that free site. Plus the heating or genset costs.) I have seen those types of spots behind businesses in the PHX suburbs. I couldn't say where, but maybe someone could.
Also, maybe place an ad in Craigslist, asking if anyone knows an inexpensive overnight parking place for a small RV, with or without electricity, in the particular area you desire. You might get some replies.
