I can't believe how many brand new pick up trucks I see on the road now a days and the front rims are completely black. They must put on the least expensive pads from china they can find at the factory. You sure didn't see that years ago.
Why so people except something like that? I'd be back at the dealership until they put pads on that didn't do that cause they shouldn't. If I paid $68,00 + it better not have black front rims!!
Brake dust does not equal poor quality. Like Turtle stated above, everything is a compromise. Good stopping pads often have more dust.
