Those trailers will probably be around 5k once loaded up with around 600lbs of tongue weight to be carried by the tow vehicle. If that, plus the weight of the passengers and stuff in the truck is under your vehicle payload you should be good to go. I think they are a good match.
There are always vehicles that will be better (3/4t etc) but not always necessary or practical when not towing. You can tow a fair bit safely and comfortably with what you have and what you are considering is reasonable.
