It sounds like you're right on track. Our first travel trailer was a small little 20 footer and we pulled it with a Mitsubishi Montero with a 5000# tow rating. We had three kids and took it thousands of miles.
It appears that you have the towing capacity for the trailers you're looking at. You just need to verify that the weight of the trailer hitch, passengers, and cargo in the Jeep will not exceed the payload capacity. As mentioned above, you can find the payload by looking at the tire placard on the driver's door. It will tell you the amount of weight your Jeep can carry. If everything you put in it and on it is less than that weight, you're good to go.
