British Columbia Insurance and camper purchase questions

i just fired off an email to ICBC so i could get it in writing. I'm starting to feel uneasy again..WTH! Sure is hard to find competence these days. Even when i called and talked to someone at ICBC's main info line, she had to ask her supervisor, then says it "should" be good but to double check with the agency i used? sheesh!!! Might be easier to just cancel , get a refund and go with Aviva.
