I bought the F150 max tow package last year. I have the 3.55 rear end
which has a combo weight of 11,600 pounds. with 3.73 gears it shows a combo weight of 12,500. I'm pulling a 30 trailer with a max weight of 8300 pounds. the truck handles this trailer without any issue. one thing, the gas mileage without the trailer is 22-23mpg with the trailer it drops to 12mpg. I thought this information might be helpful.
