With prices being that close. For me it would be hard not to just buy the F350.
Max tow isn't that special. It takes the Heavy Payload Package to really make the F150 a solid tow vehicle.
I didn't look at a single F150/250 SCREW that was below 55k. I'm not sure what you get for $42k sticker, but it won't be much.
