Bully Dog GT tuner Ford F250 5.4L

I have had this tuner for about 2 years now, I noticed a slight difference in towing when travelling through Pennsylvania mountains, where my shifts changed from the previous trip.
As for power gains not really noticing it, and what I have done lately is take the tune out and compare fuel mileage, with it being the same, same driving (|unloaded).
anyone else running one of these and getting anything from it?
  • You may have better results posting in the tow vehicles forum.
  • I don't think tuners are of great value for gas engines.

They are not of great value for most normally aspirated engines.

    What are your goals?

Better mileage? Not going to happen. At least by measureable standard.

Better power? Not really. Oh a handful of HP on top end but that's about it.

Better shift points? Yes, that can happen. A lot of people don't like OEM shift points so they change them and most really like the outcome.
