What would cause this? To much weight? un-level bunk?

it would help if you posted year/make/model of hybrid unless you want to add it in your signature line.
i've actually never seen anyone here, ever looking for one of those. you're the first i've ever seen on any Hybrid forum needing one.
have you tried the manufacturer? i'm assuming it's a 2003 or older hybrid.
