Several years ago I walked into a dealer. Just before walking in, I could see them straightening up their ties and all. 1st fella that comes up to me all smiles and asks if he can help me. I said: "Sure, but have a question to ask"; "What do you personally sell more of, cars or trucks?". He replied with : "Cars". I replied back: "Good, now point me in the direction of who sells trucks here". You should have seen his chest deflate and just about fall to the floor. Didn't buy from them.
Another time, a Ford salesman says that a Ranger they had on the lot had 4.10 gears and could pull a house down!!
