Lots of people live in RV's year around and I am and was one of them.It is way cheaper than rent here in Idaho and sure the winters can be harsh but it is very doable.
Rent here is $200 a month plus electricity for an RV.There are a lot of places to park an RV and mobile home spaces are usually cheaper.RV park monthly is about $400 a month with electricity even in Boise where a ton of folks live year around in RV's.
Living in an RV year around is very doable.I've done it for years in Idaho.
