What part of Oregon are we talking about? For 2 grand a month where I am you could get a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath on an acre with ocean view and beach access.
Our climate is also very mild. Lows very seldom go below 50 and if the temp is above 80, everyone is too hot. There are several RV parks that cater to long term renters.
