We love our 4 Season Lance. We're not full-timers, but have been living on it for the past 2 months when it's been mid-20's several consecutive nights & we haven't had any adverse effects. Right now we're in Denver and it was in the high 20's last night. Our furnace worked fine and we were comfortable, no problems. Not sure about living in it in Oregon as we haven't been there, but a year ago when we were shopping we though Lance quality was better than most. We also liked the Arctic Fox and Nash travel trailers, but they were too heavy for our 4 Runner to pull. After 8,000 miles on the trailer, from Illinois down the US East Coast to south Florida and then from Florida out to New Mexico, Utah, S Colorado and Arizona, we're headed back to Illinois. For us the Lance is a good choice. Note that these trailers are more expensive than some, for good reason in our experience. Your experience might vary, do your research! Good luck!
