Hi Everybody, After several awful apartment experiences and $$$ wasted we have finally said goodbye to apartment renting and have decided to buy and live in an RV, more particularly, a travel trail...

Max budget, not max monthly payments
Will you be staying in the area, vs traveling with your job long term
How far are you willing to commute on a daily basis
Availability of nice long term camp grounds in your area
Laundry facilities
Food storage
How many personal comforts are you willing to infringe upon
etc, etc, etc.....
Ted Kaczynski (Unibomber) lived in a 10 x 12 cabin with no electricity or running water in Montana for over 20 years and the Indians lived in tents so it is absolutely doable and anything is possible. Just look at it this way...it's like baking a cake. Several ingredients go into the batter to make what comes out of the oven. If something is missing or in the wrong proportion, then the final outcome will suck.
Each one of the questions I asked, in addition to the several hundred that I didn't will need to be weighed carefully because they will have a direct impact on how the cake comes out of the oven.
