There's so many posts to respond to. Thanks to all of you for your feedback and advice on what obstacles can come up and what can (even literally) come out of the woodwork. Additionally, thanks for pointing out all the questions we really need to heavily weigh on before making any decision on what we plan to do. All of your responses have been educational and worthwhile to read. It's been a big help.
