Hi Everybody, After several awful apartment experiences and $$$ wasted we have finally said goodbye to apartment renting and have decided to buy and live in an RV, more particularly, a travel trail...

The OP has responded a bunch of times and the situation is more confusing than ever.
12 apartments in 12 months? What came up in a month (12 separate times) that couldn't be figured out in advance (at least one of those times)?
Good salary yet no suitable home to buy or rent anywhere in the area? NOT ONE?
And yet somehow living in a trailer is going to be the answer?
No way. I'm sorry, but no way. Unless mental illness is involved. In which case I am sorry for their troubles and apologize.
To all reading, I've unfortunately hijacked my own thread by explanation which really was not intended. I just didn't expect such a conflicting response to our direction. Foraying into that only led to more confusion. My bad.
Doing the RV thing is an option for our situation, but not necessarily the end all be all.
I feel I've exhausted what I can learn here without things getting of topic. Again, thanks for all the response.
