Buying from dealer and haveing them store?

UPDATE---
Still in negotiations but the last offer from the dealer was "AS IS"
being it is a 2013 it is out of warranty and Jayco will most likely do nothing if it does not work. The dealer said they do a:
Pressure test on the water lines for leaks ,gas line for leaks and turn on all appliances and make sure they work.
Yes I will go there and get it asap as all of your advice makes perfect sense. Would it make sense to hire a independent tech in Idaho to do an inspection for me to see if there are any MAJOR ISSUES? I have 2 very good mobile RV techs here in my area that can do all of the stuff here but want to not get snake bit from afar.
