PA12DRVR, that is exactly what I don't want to do. I want to be able to enjoy the drive as much as the camping itself. Thus the reason that I am getting a new (used) truck to pull it. I wanted to find the camper I wanted, then get the truck to match, not buy a truck and be limited on what camper I could get. BTW, I was in Alaska last summer and wish I had my camper and could be out "in the wild" vs in a large vacation lodge.
