Be advised: there's a big difference in tow ratings between the 3.73 and 4.10 rear diff's. Big difference in mpg's too. You'll be fine with a 3.73, but it does somewhat limit future upgrade options.
Not really as big a deal as it sounds and I have had both. I run in fourth with 3.73 instead of fifth with 4.10. Pulls the same at highway speeds, might give up a little at take off, but first gear is still pretty low. Slightly better mileage unloaded with 3.73, but not much.
