Depends on how greedy the dealer is.

In the RV world, "MSRP" is not a manufacturers suggested retail price. Those MSRP numbers are set by the individual dealers.

You can find identical RV's, at different dealers, with MSRP's that differ by several thousand dollars. If a dealer has a higher MSRP, he can give a bigger discount and still make more profit.
