The components that make the back up camera work are not there in a cab and Chassis and more importantly the software is not in the computer either. Make sure you work through that now before you order it. Maybe they fixed the issue for the 2021 models but it was a pain to make it happen. You will thank me. I love the truck though.
I took possession of the truck a few months back and I love it. Backup camera works flawlessly :)
I am glad yours worked. Mine does now but it wasn't without some pain.
