Hmmm, obviously there's a problem. Personally I would be on the phone @ "0"dark opening time @ Lance and if you can't get through leave a message and call back if you don't hear back. Additional options as the previous poster said, would be to start checking along the main conductor & side conductors. Sounds like you may have a short some where. Wish I could be of more help.
