Humm... to troubleshoot you need to isolate systems.
- Unplug the camper from the truck, unplug shore power.
- Disconnect the Positive leg of the battery (be careful, you'll need to isolate the positive wires from shorting to anything)
- With a volt meter measure the battery voltage directly on the two terminals. Is the voltage measured indicate the battery is actually charged?
- Plug in shore power and measure across the GND at the battery and the disconnected Positive wires with a volt meter. Do you have a charge voltage?
- Unplug the shore power and attach the battery wires to the battery. Remeasure the battery voltage directly at the terminals. Are you measuring the same voltage as before?
- Goto Fuse panel, there usually is 2x30A fuses (one for each battery leg) in which you can measure the battery voltage on both sides. Is the voltage about the same as what you measured on the battery?
(my camper has circuit breakers in the battery box PLUS the 30A fuses on the +12V distribution/fuse panel)
By isolating the systems: charger, camper wiring, battery and truck you should be able to see which one is failing.
