Came across this on Craigslist

Located in IN. This is not mine!

1974 Ford E100

Says it's an E100, but has 8 lug axles with a full floater in the rear. An airstream would look good behind it, or anything older!

  • I had a 72 Ford Club Wagon that was rusted out in 1986! The frame was rusted out where the steering box attached. That fix cost what I paid for the van; $500. I sealed the holes down both sides with fiberglass and painted it with black primer. I think it was a 3/4 ton. I used it to launch the boat.
  • Note that the VIN begins "E33..."
It is definitely not an E100.
We had a 1976 E150 many years ago, that had a 351M in it. It towed our 19 foot TT quite well, even on gravel roads in the mountains.
I don't know if I would care to try it with a 302, though.
