We just sold our 5er after buying a condo. While it pulled like a dream and was like living in an "apartment" (as opposed to being in an RV), we decided to buy a small place in FL for snowbirding. I don't feel like setup was much harder than our previous Class C, or for that matter, getting our popup TC set up? Popping the hitch out was easy with our son's help; and some blueboard styro would have made loading the TC over the rails a non-event.
So now we're down to the TC as our sightseeing and weekend camping vehicle. Would not have wanted to drag the 5er on our proposed 3-4 week tour of the Pacific northwest where were would be setting up in a new place each night (AND trying to find a place to park it while we visit our daughter in Portland OR)
